Well last night I finally got rank 6. After many months of being rank 5 and failing twice at mission 5-1, I finally got a pt that did both mission 5-1 and 5-2.
The pt setup for 5-1 was me(rdm),Kaelia(whm),Ushoran(blm),Potentate(blm),Gollum(mnk), and Dysfunctional(sam).
After Gollum getting aggro and dying inside Fei'yin and a bunch of Tractors later, I was able to raise and sneak Gollum and we both zoned into Qu'Bia Arena. We waited a while for Gollum to lose weakness and determined our plan of attack.
Gollum: Engage the Archmage and 2hr(HundredFists)
Kaelia: Keep Gollum alive
Dysfunctional: Concentrate on Archmage, using mediate and 2hr(Meikyou Shisui) to Skillchain on his own
Me, Ushoran, and Potentate: Take care of the smaller skeletons with Fire(those smaller skeles were wimps)
A couple of minutes later, Archmage dead, 5-1 completed and new title(Archmage Assassin) d(._.d)
After heading back to sandy and saying bye to Gollum, me, Kae, Dys and Pot got ready to go 5-2, while in an alliance with Ush. I was able to get Matty to come as her 75rdm =D seeing as 5-2 in an uncapped fight. Kae got Warpped to come because Warppy wanted to do something with Kae, so there.
Pot, Kae, Matty, Warppy met over in Port Jeuno while me and Dys,after Dys got 5-2 activated, ran our way to Xarcabard and the Vahlz Telepoint and waited for the rest of them. Well after like half hour or more(not really sure), we finally made our way to Castle Zvahl Keep and to the Throne Room where we got ready to fight Shadowlord.
Well this is where everything went to hell, after me, Matty, Kae, Warp, Dys and Pot clicked on the door. Pot found out that he didn't have the mission activated and Dys couldn't get in because by mistake Warp somehow got SL's attention. So when we got into the Throne Room, it was only me, Kae, Matty, and Warp. Kae, Matty and Warp decided to just wait out the 30 minutes, but me, I felt like fighting him so I just ran up to SL after throwing Stoneskin, Shock Spikes, and Haste and went after him. Even after 2 Converts, Matty and Kae helping me by healing me and both of them telling me to stop fighting, the time limit was reached and we were kicked. By this time, Pot had left because he was tired(what a wimp XD ), so the rest of us got ready to fight SL again. We went in, all of us being able to get in this time, Dys watched his CS while Warp and Matty fought SL with me and Kae supporting. Just as we were about to kill SL's 1st form, Dys finally gets out of his CS to see SL die. XD (But I got the final kill on SL's 1st form d(^_^d)
Well then SL changes to his 2nd form, and we go at him. Well in the beginning of the 2nd form fight, I converted and then died immediately to SL's AoE because I was unaware that he did that. So I spent the rest of the fight lying on the floor watching SL die. XD
Well cool cutscene later(no spoilers for those who haven't beat 5-2), I headed back to sandy to get another CS and got rank 6 yay! =D
Well after remembering what I was going to do the instant I got rank 6, I outpost warped to Yuhtunga Jungle and headed to Norg. Just as I zoned into Norg, I got a long cutscene which was also cool and the start of the Zilart Missions, well I did the firsrt 3 ZMs and now am waiting to do ZM4 with friends =D
Well that's pretty much it. It's too bad I don't have any pics of last night =(

This happened while I was trying to get myself a bone chip and helped an old Magicite LS member into opening the 3 mage door in Inner Horutoto Ruins
Just having a leisurely sit in Windy Waters right outside the Cooking Guild, where I'm buying HQ crystals with the points I have so I can sign stuff for people =D
Kae with her big puppy! Isn't Fenrir so cute? XD
This was the night Matty showed me the ropes of kiting and using that knowledge me, Warpped and Fel beat Under Observation(BCNM40) d(._.d)
I SO WANT RDM AF2!!!!!! I SHALL ATTAIN ULTRA PIMP STATE! XD
This is my dear friend, Hagith(but she shall forever be BUCKET!!) This was her last day on ffxi, she spent her last day among friends in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Hall of the Gods.
Well tonight I helped open the 3 mage door that leads to Toraimanai Canal, also made 3 signed items for friends, 2 went to a good friend and the other went to my favorite crazy ninja, you know who you are. XD
Helped out Fupom by synthing him 6 ash lumbers, would have been 7 but I broke a crystal ><
I'm thinking of going harvesting again, I need to make some gil, I'm down to under 200k
Well whatever I do will be the right thing for me d(._.d)

Well spent another day checking out websites.
Checked up on Ogame, which is an awesome online game, was finally able to research impulse engines and I now have Colony ships \m/ >,< \m/
Now I just have to wait more than two days for the resources to make a colony ship >< but once I have it, I'll be sending one over to Ush's galaxy ^^
As for ffxi news,
I've been playing SAM recently and found out that it's quite fun especially when you coordinate SCs, plus I love doing the massive dmg with my Katayami Ichimonji.
Still no news on the rdm front, I still haven't decided on lvling rdm for some reason, but that's me. I lvl it for a while then I stop XD
News from the past couple of days in ffxi:
Got my Tens of Cups card from Gia so I could complete "The Kind Cardian" quest for a Green Cape: took me a couple minutes to realize when the little taru I had to talk to was, I first thought we was in Upper Jeuno then I thought it was Lower Jeuno. Well after a couple of times zoning with Nobleone in tow, I finally remembered where the cute little taru was. It's such a sad CS, poor cardian ;_;
Got my Dagger skill to 130, which means I can finally use Cyclone which I was waiting to use almost as much as I was waiting to use Spirits Within, which I got skilling up in Boyahda with Potentate, just me and him fighting crabs, I finally got my long awaited sword ws.
I've been loving having my rdm af, which now means I'm a real rdm pimp d(._.d)
Right now I'm waiting for Ushoran to stop lvling whm to 60 for his Airship fight so he can lvl blm so me, him and Kaelia can lvl as rdm,blm, and whm =D then all we need is 3 more people then we'll probably have a semi-static, still not sure about that. Tyr might join but he's been having stuff to deal with irl.

Well I should start lvling whm(15) for my blm sub(32). Yeah, yeah, I know I'm gimped as blm so sue me :P
